Cleaning System Protocols
Our Cleaning System Protocols are the gold standard in the industry, helping to ensure removal of the maximum amount of dirt, germs and bacteria to further reduce the risk of illness and create a truly clean working environment.
Our experience in meeting and exceeding the highest standards required by various industry bodies like Environmental Health Officers (EHO) and AA inspectors, ensures that we are best placed to develop cleaning regimes and internal standards to enable your particular business to achieve outstanding hygiene inspection results.
Our cleaning products
We source our cleaning materials from our partners Zenith Hygiene. These products include eco-friendly, plant based bio range, as well as professional products that need specific handling practices. We will include all chemical and handling data sheets within the Protocols pack provided to you at the outset of our cleaning contract. None of the Zenith Hygiene products we use have been tested on animals.
We are also making efforts to be environmentally aware by constantly making changes to improve the working environment and also adding non-toxic products to those we use, so we can provide the best possible service for our customers.

Everyone in our cleaning teams is employed directly by Outstanding Cleaning Services. Every employee must have two references, which we check; passport identification; proof of address; and permission to work in the UK.
Outstanding Cleaning Services has £2 million public liability insurance; and up to £10 million employer's liability insurance.

Training
We deliver training using a number of formats, such as on-line training and one to one
individual sessions using either our own operational management team or specialist external providers.
We are committed to ensuring our cleaning operatives work in a safe and hygienic environment. This is
why delivering health and safety and product COSHH training on-site to our employees is an integral part
of the service we provide.
Health & Safety
Our Operations Management team and site supervisors manage the day-to-day Health
& Safety issues, ensuring all Outstanding Cleaning Services employees work in a safe manner whilst
performing and carrying out their duties. We continually monitor our performance and any trends at
Monthly Health & Safety meetings, where we have been able to prevent and minimise site accidents
involving personnel, thus producing a safer working environment.
